WebStarts Chat enables live chat and messaging directly on your website. With chat enabled your visitors will see a small chat bubble in the bottom right of your website. When they click on it, they'll be able to enage in a chat session with you. If you're not available your site visitor will be prompted to leave their name, email address, and a brief message. When that happens you'll be notified by email if you're not online and under the notification icon if you're logged into your website account. When you click to view the notification you'll have the option to respond and join the conversation.
To enable chat on your website login to your WebStarts account and click on the chat panel while in the dashboard view. Once enabled the chat bubble will automatically appear on your site. If you ever want to remove the chat bubble from your site, you can simply click the toggle in the top right of the chat operator console. That's where you respond to chats.
