Add a Product to Your Website Using The WebStarts Shopping Cart System

To add a product to your WebStarts website, use the following steps:

Step 1. Log into your shopping cart account and click the “products” tab.

Step 2. Click “Add Products” and fill in the product description and price.

Step 3. Here you will enter the weight of the product, shipping options, etc… You can even choose for customers who buy this product to be moved from one mailing list to another upon purchase.

Step 4. Click the “Products” link again to view all of your products.

Step 5. Next to the product you added, there will be a link that says “Get Product Links”. Click that link.

Step 6. Select the code for “add to cart” or “quick buy button” and right click and copy the code.

Step 7. In your WebStarts website, click Insert, HTML code and paste the code into the box. Then click insert.

Step 8. Drag and drop the button and place it next to the picture or description of your item.

Note: If you want to create your own “buy now” button, you will want to use the “quick buy link”. Use the Hyperlink Tool with an image or a portion of text to set this up properly.
