Faerie
Welcome

Greetings and Welcome to my Forest. Throughout the site you will see a little of this, and a little of that. I will be posting different things all related to the faeries. I am a multimedia artist who is truly inspired by nature and the magick in life. There are so many folks that are so busy, living in the fast track of life; that they truly do not have the time to sit back and notice the littlest things. There are so many magickal things that surrounds each and everyone of us daily. The flight of a butterfly heading for a beautiful sweet smelling flower, the gentleness of a hummingbird waiting patiently in a tree limb waiting to feed. This is dedicated to all of you that live a busy life and just do not seem to have anytime!

Faerie Magick Tea:

Here is a yummy tea that you can drink when you get home from a long day at work. It is filled with faerie magick that will help to relax and calm you. Mix together 1/2 cup of each of the following herbs: whole elderberries, pansy, rose petals and thyme. Be sure to store in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid.

Use one quart of distilled or spring water and bring to a boil. Put 2-3 teapsoons of tea mixture in a container and pour the boiling over the herbs. Cover the container for about 15 minutes and it is ready to drink. If you like sugar in your tea why not add some faery sugar to it??

Faery Sugar:

Again, store in a jar with a tight fitting lid. You know how the fae loves sweets and pink. Mix together 2 cups of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, 6 drops of red food coloring. You can add a little more red food coloring depending on how pink you want the sugar to be. Mix everything together real good...and store in a pretty jar. Add a little to your tea and enjoy. *Now I know ants love sugar and are very attracked to it, but I always walk a little ways from my home and sprinkle a tiny amount of this sugar on the ground as an offering to the fae, because they love it so!
